1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the AI Community College platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@aicommunity.college of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, study materials, AI lab tools, exams, and community posts — is the exclusive property of AI Community College or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Payments & Pricing
Certain content requires a one-time purchase. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by authorised third-party gateways (PayU / Razorpay). By making a payment you also agree to our Refund Policy.
6. A.I.R.E. Referral Programme
The A.I.R.E. (AI Referral Earnings) programme rewards you for genuine referrals. Commissions are distributed in accordance with the multi-level structure published on the Platform. AI Community College reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions arising from fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or charge-backs.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) scrape, copy, or republish platform content; (c) upload malicious code or interfere with platform security; (d) harass other users on the Community section; (e) circumvent geo-restrictions or payment requirements; or (f) use automated tools to access the Platform.
8. Termination
AI Community College may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content ceases, subject to the Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." AI Community College makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Community College shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitute acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
