Refund Policy

1. General Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the purchased content (chapter, phase, or exam). After this window, no refunds will be issued except in cases of technical failure documented by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Purchases where a completion certificate has been issued.
• Purchases older than 7 days from the transaction date.
• Purchases made using referral credits or promotional discounts (the discount portion is non-refundable).
• Subscriptions or bundle packages once any item in the bundle has been accessed.

3. Technical Failure Refunds

If you were charged but did not receive access to the purchased content due to a verified technical failure on our end, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day window. Please contact us within 48 hours of the failed transaction with your transaction ID.

4. Duplicate Charges

In the rare event of a duplicate charge, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount within 3 business days upon verification. Contact support immediately with both transaction IDs.

5. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@aicommunity.college with subject: "Refund Request – [Transaction ID]"
2. Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
3. Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment instrument (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). We do not offer cash refunds or transfers to a different account. Processing time depends on your bank/card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

7. Modifications to This Policy

AI Community College reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Purchases made prior to a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
